These Terms of Service govern use of the AutoVeno website and purchases made through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies made available on the website. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Store and product information
AutoVeno aims to present product specifications, compatibility information, images, prices and availability accurately. Manufacturers can update products and specifications, and compatibility may depend on vehicle, device, region, installation or accessory configuration. Contact AutoVeno before ordering when compatibility is material to your purchase.
Orders and availability
An order is subject to acceptance, payment authorization and product availability through the applicable supply channel. AutoVeno may contact you if information is required to process an order or if a material availability or listing error is identified. Any rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain in force.
Prices, payment and currency
Prices and charges are shown through the store and checkout. AutoVeno currently processes checkout in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). A bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges independently of AutoVeno.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, return and warranty information is provided in the store’s applicable policies and support pages. Manufacturer-backed warranty coverage is stated only where it has been confirmed for the relevant product or order. AutoVeno does not describe itself as an authorized retailer or official distributor of a brand unless that status has been confirmed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or fraudulent orders, or use store content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights.
Intellectual property
AutoVeno branding, original store copy and original site elements are protected as applicable. Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify products and brands.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AutoVeno is not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse, incompatible installation, third-party services or circumstances outside reasonable control.
